MySwissDocuments — ABC Office · 2026
These terms govern orders placed on myswissdocuments.ch with ABC Office, Rue de Morges 22, 1023 Crissier (VAT CHE-284.072.845). We act as your mandated agent to obtain official documents from the competent Swiss authorities; we are not an authority and do not issue documents ourselves.
Online prices are flat and include our service, the standard official fees of the issuing authority and registered postal delivery. Options (apostille, DHL Express) are priced at checkout. Quote-based services are binding once you accept the written quote. Unusual official fees exceeding the standard are flagged before we proceed.
You warrant that the information provided is accurate and that you are entitled to request the documents ordered. Where authorisations or proofs of interest are legally required, delivery timelines start once we receive them.
Stated timelines are diligent estimates based on the usual pace of the authorities concerned; they are not guaranteed dates, as issuing remains in the authorities’ hands. We inform you proactively of material delays.
Work begins promptly after payment. You may cancel free of charge until we have engaged the authority; thereafter, costs irreversibly incurred are deducted. If an authority cannot or will not issue a document, we refund the price minus documented third-party costs already incurred.
We are liable for diligent execution of the mandate. We are not liable for the content of official documents, for decisions of authorities, for consequences of inaccurate client information, or for delays caused by authorities or carriers. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted; in any case, liability is capped at the price paid for the affected order.
Personal data is processed per our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
