Order and quote data (identity, contact, delivery address, document details), copies of identity documents where the issuing authority requires them, payment metadata (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), and correspondence. Technical logs are kept for security.
Data is processed to obtain the documents you order from the competent authorities, to deliver and invoice, and to comply with legal obligations. Processing rests on contract performance and legitimate interest under the Swiss nFADP.
Your data goes only to the authorities and service providers necessary to fulfil your order: issuing offices, Stripe (payment), postal and courier services, our Swiss hosting provider (Infomaniak). No sale, no advertising use, no transfers beyond what the order requires.
Identity copies are transmitted solely to the issuing authority requiring them and deleted from our systems no later than 90 days after order completion. Documents obtained for you are retained only until confirmed delivery plus a short support window.
Order records are kept 10 years (Swiss commercial law); correspondence 2 years; technical logs 6 months. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
You may request access, rectification, deletion, and a copy of your data, and object to processing, at order@abc-office.ch. You may complain to the FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner).
