Does a paid debt disappear from the extract?

Paid proceedings stay visible for five years unless the creditor withdraws them or a court orders non-disclosure. If an old entry is blocking your file, ask us — a withdrawal request is often possible.

I moved between districts — is one extract enough?

No: each enforcement district only certifies its own territory. Landlords increasingly ask for extracts covering the full five years, so budget one per district. Order once, we handle all offices.

Can I order an extract about another person?

Only with a documented legitimate interest (e.g. a signed lease draft or debt-collection intent) recognised by the office. For your own extract, a copy of your ID is all we need.
